OfficialWire was the original name of WireNews, which was founded on 28 Nisan 5761 (21 April 2001).
 
The founder of OfficialWire sold the company to a group of American investors who failed to honour the purchase agreement and eventually their plans for OfficialWire failed and were abandoned. Go figure.

We continue to own www.officialwire.co.uk and www.officialspin.co.uk, which was the PR division of OfficialWire, when we first launched the business.
