89 Million Women Covered Under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana

Female Labor Force Participation Rate is increased by 37% in 2022-2023. In 2017 -2018 it was 23.3%. According to official sources, the share of women in Prime Minister Jan Dhan Yojna's Account is 55.6% creating 8.3 million Women Self Help Group around 89 million women covered under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana.


Similarly, till now more than 2.28 crore artisans have been under Prime Minister Viswakarma Yojna.  Over 13.94 lakh beneficiaries registered successfully. Out of which 542222 are female. In written reply of the Minister of State for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, 503161 candidates have been provided basic training across the country. Out of which 274703 are female.


PM Viswakarma Yojna is revolutionizing 18 traditional trades. Free training will be provided and a stipend of 500 rupees daily.15000 rupees assistance will be provided for toolkit purchase and a collateral-free loan will be provided in two installments. In 1st installment, one lakh rupees and in 2nd installment rupees will be provided for those fulfilling criteria.
