The CBRN workshop and field exercises are noticed to ensure adequate safety measures and arrangements for Maha Kumbh, which will be held in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, from 13 January to 26 February 2025.
According to official sources workshops and exercises were organized under the aegis of UP SDMA in collaboration with DAE CWG to ensure comprehensive preparedness for radiological and emergencies during the Maha Kumbh. Participated by the concerned administration, police, army, NDRF, SDRF, and scientists from DRE and DRDE.
Approximately 45 crore devotees are expected. Saints and Sadhus from various akharaas have started reaching Maha Kumbh parisar.
