On behalf of the United States of America, I congratulate the people of Aruba on the celebration of the 38th anniversary of your National Anthem and Flag Day.
The United States remains steadfastly committed to our long-standing and enduring partnership with Aruba. Strengthening educational and cultural bonds between our nations is a mutual priority, exemplified by our EducationUSA advising center and reinforced by the enduring friendships forged over shared values and generations of tourism and exchanges.
We take great pride in our collaborative endeavors aimed at dismantling transnational criminal networks, combating unlawful activities, and fostering a safe, stable, and successful Caribbean region. We remain dedicated to partnering with Aruba to address the climate crisis and eagerly anticipate working together to support Aruba’s ambitious renewable energy objectives. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the people of Aruba for warmly welcoming more than 1.5 million American tourists each year.
On the occasion of Aruba’s National Anthem and Flag Day, the United States extends its heartfelt wishes for a happy and prosperous year for all Arubans.
