Information for customers, creditors and others of DE Clinics UK Limited in provisional liquidation
On 30 March 2023, following an investigation by Company Investigations of the Insolvency Service, a provisional liquidation order was made against DE Clinics UK Limited, which traded as TDE The Dental Experts from 60 Harley St, London. The company is no longer trading and the court has appointed the Official Receiver as Provisional Liquidator.
If you are a customer with an upcoming appointment, please do not attend as no procedures are being carried out and the company is not trading.
The case is now subject to High Court action. The petition to wind up the company will be heard in the High Court on 25 April 2023.

What Does the Provisional Liquidator do?
The role of the Provisional Liquidator is to protect assets in the possession or under the control of the company pending the determination of the petition. The Provisional Liquidator also has the power to investigate the affairs of the company, insofar as it is necessary to protect assets, including any third party or trust monies, or assets in the possession of, or under the control of the company.
