The joint team of the Special Investigation Unit of state police raided five houses of terrorists in different locations of Kishtwar district of Jammu & Kashmir for the case of funding and support to terrorists.
On 23rd April Court of National Investigation Agency (Jammu), issued non-bailable warrants against 23 terrorists operating from across the border. Five teams in the joint participation of SIU with district police deployed in the entire search operation.
According to sources, these houses belonged to terrorists, operating from Pakistan and Pak-occupied Kashmir involved in terrorist activities in the entire region. Earlier non-bailable warrants were issued against 13 terrorists.
Cross-border terrorism in the entire region is a headache and the most significant challenge for law enforcement agencies.
