Olympic-bound boxers Mary Kom and Lovlina Borgohain get the first dose of COVID 19 Vaccine at Command Hospital Pune (Maharashtra) on 12th May 2021 today. Six-time world champion Mary Kom and two-time world championship bronze medalist Lovlina are currently in an ongoing national training camp for elite women at Army Sports Institute (Pune).
Along with the duo, four coaching and support staff received their first dose of vaccine.
According to official sources, so far 17.5 crore vaccine doses administered in the different parts of the country and 3.73 crore people are fully vaccinated.
